So there is a lot to gears that I did not know. Lets look at some of these things.

Measurements

• Diametral Pitch: Ratio of the number of teeth to the pitch diameter. Could be measured in teeth per inch or teeth per centimeter, but conventionally has units of per inch of diameter.
